Have an idea that’s been living in your imagination? A space that deserves something truly singular? Shaun Gagg takes on a limited number of commissions each year, working closely with each client to translate their vision into a bespoke, one-of-a-kind welded sculpture.
From intimate figurative pieces for the home, to bold large-scale installations for commercial spaces, every commission begins with a conversation. Shaun’s signature use of everyday objects, coins, nails, keys and steel, gives each work a depth and story that no off-the-shelf piece can replicate.
With a new exclusive finishing technique, every commissioned sculpture is more than a striking metalwork, it is a bespoke masterpiece, permanently unique, impossible to replicate.

Tell Shaun what you have in mind, subject matter, scale, the space it will inhabit, any references or feelings you want this piece to evoke. No idea is too abstract, no ambition too large.

THE CONSULTATION
Shaun reviews your brief and responds personally, refining the concept, agreeing on scale and materials, discussing which everyday objects might from the sculptures core.
DIRECT DIALOGUE

CREATION BEGINS
Shaun begins the painstaking process of gathering materials and building your sculpture by hand - welding, shaping, and finishing until every detail is right. Timescales vary by complexity, typically 4-16 weeks.

Your finished sculpture is carefully packaged and delivered worldwide - or you’re welcome to arrange a private viewing before it leaves Shaun’s hands, so you can experience it in person first.
